Looking back at 2025, my team and I achieved something truly profound. We didn't just support growth; we actively built the foundational framework for the entire Holdings group's future operations. Our defining moment came when we chose to step past conventional marketing, embracing our role as a crucial strategic partner.
We demanded deep technical immersion from ourselves, focusing intensively on developing complex software and systems at entirely new, untapped frontiers. This commitment saw us implementing pioneering AI learning protocols and engineering bespoke research systems directly into the heart of our clients' agricultural and biological operations. Crucially, while embracing AI tools for efficiency, we fiercely protected and prioritised the human touch – the creativity, strategy, and judgment – that ensures our work remains meaningful and impactful.
This commitment to technical excellence extended across our core deliverables: from managing intensive patent and trademark registrations to laying the complex groundwork for a national retail chain rollout. Our daily objective was the future-proofing of every subsidiary.

As team leader, Raymond has his hands full delegating and meeting deadlines. With 2025 proving to be a highly productive year for his team, Raymond is poised for a new year filled with new opportunities.
“I’ve really enjoyed my year at MPower Media, and I’m thrilled to be the team leader. It’s been great working with our team, and I genuinely love the energy, creativity, and support we share,” he said.

Leading the team has been a highlight, and I’m proud of how we’ve handled challenges, delivered strong work, and continued improving our processes. I’m excited about where we’re going in 2026 and the opportunities to build on what we’ve created.”
Adele had her hands full as she took charge of several web development projects throughout the year. But throughout the chaos and deadlines, she kept her cool and produced top-notch websites, experimenting and learning every step of the way.

This year has been uncharted territory for Tammy, who relished being thrown into the world of social media. Managing the Oupa’s Biltong pages has kept this wordsmith busy and allowed her to explore creative avenues within the digital space.
“It’s been so rewarding to work on a variety of projects where I’ve been able to maximise my all-round skills. I’ve especially enjoyed working on the Oupa’s brand – always plotting and planning my next post,” she shared.
It was also sometimes daunting to create content for a company like Blum Biologicals. But with plenty of input from experts and research, the website quickly took shape, and the team can be extremely proud of their efforts, Tammy explained.
“My teammates are also a joy to work with, and I look forward to grabbing new opportunities in the new year as we grow together. We are all definitely “MPOWER-ED” and ready for 2026!”
